We’re introducing a new feature to keep everyone informed. Our newsletter boxes to be attached to each of our three mailbox shelters. They will go up when the board has news or info to report (our private “Facebook Page” and “Nextdoor” are for chat, exchanging social info, ride sharing, recipes, etc, etc.).
We’ll be using these boxes for board meeting minutes, general meeting minutes, activities such as the summer picnic, requests for volunteers and notices, for example: when a board or officer position becomes available.
This information will also be on our new website, mceha.net, which will contain other useful information. So check that out as well.
And, if you think of other business information relative to the whole Estates HOA which you think should be here or there, let us know. We’ll consider it, but keep in mind, we’ll use these for Estates HOA business only, and they’ll be taken down each time after a few days.
