Making it even better
We need volunteers to make it even better!
Your HOA Annual Dues are kept so low because it is ran by volunteers. If we don’t have volunteers to help run the business for the association, our homes and community are at risk for falling in disrepair and neglect, which in turn can lower the value of all of our homes. Please consider volunteering this year for a position in your Homeowners’ Association! Please attend the Annual Meeting and/or contact the Board for more information.
Spring Cleaning & Exterior Updates To Your Home
Do you need approval from your HOA? Significant changes to landscaping and driveways, fencing replacement, roof replacement, and exterior paint are just some of the projects that need approval. Refer to Article V and VI of the CC&Rs for more details. You can find the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) “Request for Design Approval” form on the website under the Documents & Forms tab. Please give at least 2 weeks’ notice before starting a project that may require approval for the ACC to review and respond. It’s easy, just complete the form, add any additional information, paint chips, etc. and email to the mceha.board@gmail.com. Someone will contact you within a couple days.
